The American Library Associations' Banned Book Week runs September 24-30 and the guys talk about some of the 2016 stats on banned books. Jeff also discusses one of the books on the top 10 list that he's read, David Levithan's Two Boys Kissing.

Lisa from The Novel Approach talks with Jeff about what the blog is planning for Banned Book Week and also offers up a couple of book recommendations.

Will reviews The Ruin of a Rake by Cat Sebastian. Jeff & Will also review the French coming-of-age film, Being 17.

Addison Albright stops by as part of the 2017 GRL Blog Tour. She talks about her Vows Box Set along with the arrival of Til Death Do Us Part on audiobook. She's also got a giveaway for listeners.

Jeff talks more about the editing that went on in the past week.

Jeff reviews the new Love & Luck Podcast that premieres this week. It's a fictional radio play podcast that focuses on the romance between Kane and Jason. The guys also discuss the film Handsome Devil, a coming of age / sports / find your own voice movie.

Suzanne Brockmann returns to the show. This time she discusses her author journey, which includes making sure her son could find himself in her books.

Jeff & Will kick off the show talking about the edits they worked over the past week. Will equates the editing on The Hockey Player's Heart to having to re-knit a sweater.

Jeff mentions the cover reveal for the Changing on the Fly: The Second Period anthology is coming up on Wednesday, September 13 on the authors's websites. They guys also discuss their upcoming appearance on the LeftofStr8 podcast, which airs on Monday, September 11.

Jeff talks about Cycle for the Cause, the Northeast AIDS Ride, which happens this coming weekend. It's the final week for fundraising.

Will reviews Taming Teddy by Lucy Lennox. The guys rave about the first three episodes of Where the Bears Are Season Six. They also revisit Amazon's The Last Tycoon and talk about how they've fallen for Outlander on Starz as they recently starting viewing from season one.

Posy Roberts stops by as part of the 2017 GRL Blog Tour. Posy discusses what she's been up to since last GRL and what's coming up for her writing. She's also got a giveaway for podcast listeners.

They also toast their 20th marriage anniversary, which comes up on September 7.

Jeff updates on the progress he's making boosting his word count using Dragon Dictation for transcriptions.

Will reviews the books Owning It by Devon McCormack and Riley Hart and Off Base by Annabeth Albert. Jeff also discusses K.C. Wells's Out of the Shadows.

Jeff interviews best-selling author Andrew Grey. They start off talking about Andrew receiving the RWA Centennial Award this year for publishing 100 books as well as his new book, Never Let You Go, which comes out this week. Andrew also talks about how he got started writing, where he gets his ideas and how he keeps up his writing pace.
